Hi and welcome! My name is Ashley and I am a physical therapist by day, a couch potato by night, and a full-time rescue dog mom. I have been living with undiagnosed chronic pain for the past 10 years, and only recently have I been able to implement REAL changes that have sent me on the path to living a more comfortable and fulfilling life.
